Guest words

What our guests are saying.

A bedroom with a dark blue duvet, blue and white ginger jar lamps, and an indigo textile hung over the bed under vigas
“Kris, I am pulled to express to you how deeply I resonate with your design, these artifacts that span the globe and the positive vibe of this home.”

“Wow! What can we say? We booked this beautiful retreat to stay during our wedding in Santa Fe. The house was perfect! Spacious, extremely clean, and well appointed.”

The dining table set with a woven tray, white armchairs and a dark coffee table beyond, a painting of horses and a bronze mirror
“Kris’ home is an absolute gem!!! The way she has decorated the place makes you feel right at home and nourished. The lighting and high ceilings in the home are also wonderful.”

Our story

Created by a cultural designer who travels the globe and has called Santa Fe her home for over thirty years.

Kris Lajeskie designed boutique and cultural hotels across the world, among them many in Santa Fe and Hotel Chaco in Albuquerque, before turning her own Santa Fe land into a place for guests. Every object in these homes came from somewhere. She will tell you where.
