This was my second stay at one of Kris's properties.
It was in the same safe, private condo complex, but a smaller studio layout that was a better fit for me as a solo remote worker. Beautiful decor, close to everything, quiet and private vibe. I would definitely stay again in the future!

The story
Sage is a king studio on one level in a quiet loft complex in the greater Railyard district: spacious, well appointed, and made for the city trip.
The Railyard, the farmers market, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, the galleries and the restaurants are all on foot, and the Plaza is about a fifteen minute walk. Come back to a calm room done with the same care as the compound.
For a solo traveler, or a couple here for the experiences or for work.

Good to know
- Adults only. These are quiet retreats.
- No pets, please.
- No smoking, inside or out.
- Shoes off inside, in the Eastern tradition.
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, in line with the city's rules for short-term stays and out of respect for the neighbors and the wildlife.
- Santa Fe is at 7,000 feet: drink lots of water, and definitely take electrolytes.
- The sun is intense.
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
- At the time of booking, we send a comprehensive email with helpful information to help plan your trip to Santa Fe. Thirty hours before you arrive, you will receive very specific directions for arrival. They work like a charm every time.
- Once you book with us, you have access to our Insiders Guide, coveted and exclusively for our guests.

Is Sage a studio?
Yes. A spacious, well-appointed ground-level studio with a fully stocked kitchen, in a bespoke community in the greater Railyard district.
Can we walk downtown from the Railyard homes?
Yes. The Railyard and the farmers market are a few minutes on foot and the Plaza about fifteen. Most of a stay can be done without the car.
Is parking available?
Yes. Both homes sit in a quiet loft complex with ample private parking.
Are the sanctuaries adults only?
Yes. Every home is adults only, with no pets and no smoking, inside or out. They are quiet retreats.
How do we book?
