Every sanctuary is a quiet, private retreat. These few rules keep it that way for you and for the guests after you.

Adults only

All homes are adults only. No pets.

Quiet

No parties, events, weddings, or gatherings beyond the guests you have booked. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, in line with the city's rules for short-term stays.

Booking terms

Rates, minimum stays, cancellation, and payment are governed by the booking portal you reserve through: Hostaway for the Santa Fe homes and Jungle Luxe for Tulum. Those terms apply to your stay.
